Photo ID. A Canadian government-issued photo ID or Passport.

We can print your form. (Fees listed below)

Look for "970 Burrard" above the glass entry doors.
Take the elevator to the 2nd floor for Suite 243.
On weekends, Buzz #243 for entry.

Rates & Payment

Rates for notary services start at:

$49—1st document (Certified copy/ Witnessing client's signature/ Statutory declaration/ Affirmation) (One client, one notary signature)
$30—Each additional document (or notary signature) at the same appointment
$59—Invitation Letter (Visa application)
$59—Travel Consent Letter (Child)
$79—Common-law declaration (IMM 5409)
$60—Apostille process assistance; for documents requiring BC government authentication / certification (in addition to fee for notarization)
$99—Statutory Declaration in lieu of Guarantor for Passport (PPTC 132)
$0.50/pg—print/copy (B&W); $1/pg (colour)

Additional weekend convenience fee:

$25 per appointment

Above rates not applicable to more complex matters including, but not limited to:

Drafting services (customizing forms)
Notarizing cohabitation or separation agreements
Wills
Powers of Attorney
Healthcare Representation Agreements
Documents requiring more than one witness

This appointment for notary/commissioning service(s) does not include legal advice. The notary service includes verifying your identity, checking that you understand the contents of the document, having you affirm/swear an oath (as applicable), witnessing your signature, & applying a notary signature, stamp and/or seal.

Any request for legal advice will need to be made at a separate appointment, and the fee varies based on the situation. Legal advice can only occur after we sign a retainer agreement.
