N³ Real Estate Exam Proctoring
120 min meeting with Daree Allen Nieves over In Person (Attendee Address). If you're finishing your Nevada post-license coursework, I can proctor your closed-book course final exam and notarize your Certificate of Test Proctor in the same appointment. One visit, done. Flat rate: $75 for a standard daytime appointment (covers up to 2 hours of exam time, travel, and the notarization). This includes: Proctoring fee: $30 (covers up to 2 hours of exam time) Travel: $30 day (billed per Nevada's travel fee schedule, 2-hour minimum, not required by law) Notarization of your Certificate of Test Proctor: $15 (set by Nevada law) If your course provider's exam runs longer than 2 hours, a $10 per 30 min overage applies. Let me know your provider and exam length at booking so I can confirm your total in advance.
