Compliance Scope Call
A 15-minute call to scope what you need - RAMS pack, H&S file, portal evidence, Gateway 2 support, or something else. I'll ask a few questions and confirm it's a fit before you get a quote.
Discovery Call
A short call to talk through fit and scope before booking a paid session. No prep needed - bring the problem, I will tell you honestly if one of the paid tiers is the right fit or if you do not need me at all. If you are specifically considering the monthly retainer, book the 30-minute scoping call instead.
1-Hour Senior PM Advisory (£125)
Focused senior-level input on a specific issue, programme, or decision. Useful for programme sense-checking, tender review, risk exposure, or clarifying next steps on a live project.
Bring the context and any relevant documents. You get a frank read, not a generic answer.
Payment of £125 is taken when you book. Cancel at least 48 hours before your call for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, and missed calls, are not refunded. If we need to cancel, you choose a full refund or a new time. If you are buying as a consumer, you can also cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, as long as the call has not yet taken place.
Longer or Embedded Engagements (£350 half day / £600 full day)
For programme reviews, embedded senior PM support, or ongoing project work, from half a day upward.

Monthly Retainer (£2,250/mo) - free scoping call
A short scoping call before beginning monthly advisory. We discuss fit, scope, and expectations.
£2,250 a month, 20 hours included, about an hour a day. Ongoing programme oversight, weekly check-ins, risk monitoring, and direct access throughout your programme: priority response within one working day, reserved capacity, and no per-session admin. The weekly check-in is 45 minutes and counts against the 20 hours. Further time at £140 per hour, or day rate for blocks of a day or more.
Designed for live fit-out and commercial programmes running over multiple months. Book this call first. The retainer begins once we have agreed scope.
