# Knowledge Base Discovery Call with David Lema

> Bring a job your team does regularly, such as preparing a newsletter or updating a programme page. We’ll spend 45 minutes looking at how your team does it now and whether better organised knowledge would make the work easier. We’ll look at: what information the job depends on and where your team finds it where people spend time looking for the latest version or checking facts with colleagues how an AI assistant could use approved material to help with the job, and what your team would still need to check I’ll walk you through a fictional charity workspace and show how an assistant could draw on agreed programme facts and writing guidance to draft a newsletter item for review. If the approach fits, I’ll outline what I could help your team build, starting with the job you brought to the call.
