- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `ielts-history` (Have you taken IELTS before? If yes, when and what was your Speaking score?), `target-bands` (What overall IELTS band and Speaking band do you need?), `ielts-purpose` (Why do you need IELTS?), `ielts-test-type` (Which IELTS test are you preparing for?), `planned-exam-date` (When do you expect to take IELTS?)
- Optional fields: `notes` (Speaking difficulty or alternative video platform (optional))
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
