This is an initial, no-charge session designed to provide immediate insight into your needs and provide relief. You will better understand your current health and learn some natural potential paths forward. This includes:

• An Empowerment Session: We’ll start by getting to know your concerns and issues and learning about how I can serve you as a coach, I like to call this the Empowerment Session.
• Health Insight Survey to quickly identify the most pressing issues. This provides immediate insights and will help you prioritize which body system(s) you’d like to address first.
• • Comprehensive survey to uncover hidden health patterns and tailor your plan.
• iTOVi Insight Scan (Introductory): a quick scan to give a brief, initial overview of which essential oils might be beneficial at the moment.
• • You will be able to try out the oils suggested during the consultation, which can provide immediate results.
• Uncovering Toxins:: Many issues are caused by lurking toxins in our home. You will receive a list of chemicals to avoid.
• • For homework, you can use the list to check your products at home, in addition to my favorite links where you can look up products you are currently using to see how they rate.

After the consultation, you will have the choice of moving forward with my full 4-month package, a shorter term option, or choosing my ala carte services.

My coaching style is to teach you how to research natural methods using mine and outside resources to find options that would be of benefit. I want you to feel empowered to find solutions to your own issues, while trusting that God is the source of all healing and His provision for natural options that can serve them.

Have me come out to your home, business or small group to do a 60-45 minute workshop on:
1. Essential Oils for productivity, calm, and wellness
2. Natural Cleaning Products

I will need time to set up with a table to display products and having an option to play a PowerPoint is a plus.
I will hand out materials based on the topic.

iTOVi Scan & Consultation

The 5-minute scan uses our galvanic skin response/GSR to measure electrical conductivity and identifies the most pronounced changes. When complete, the report shows what essential oils and products that will evoked a response in your body (sent to you by email).

In the consultation, we go over your results, talk about the items that pop up and suggestions on how they may be able to improve in your overall wellness. Then you can create you own wellness plan going forward.

Total duration is approximately 30 minutes for the scan and consultation.
