60 min meeting with Declan Clarke over Google Meet. A one-to-one video call with the TradeFlow team about managing your Facebook and Instagram posts. If you're thinking about our Content Manager service, we'll look at your pages together, talk about your business and your customers, and explain how it works: each month you send us your photos and videos, and we write the captions and schedule 15 posts for you. If you've already signed up, this is your onboarding call. We'll agree your style and posting schedule, get access to your pages (you approve a request, no passwords), and show you where to upload each month's photos and videos and how previews and approvals work. By the end of the call, you'll know exactly what we need from you each month and when your first posts will go out.
