# AI Sales Workflow Build (2 Calls) with Dennis Hering | 3D Leadership

> We scope it, I build it, you own and run it. Two 60-minute calls, with the build done in between. Call 1, Scope: this booking. We map your sales process, pick the 2 to 3 workflows worth automating (prospect research, email drafts, call prep, CRM notes) and schedule Call 2 for about a week later. Between calls: I build and test your workflows. Call 2, Handoff: you install everything in your own Claude account while I walk you through it, then we run each workflow on real prospects. Licensed to your company for internal use. You keep every file (Claude skills, project instructions and a one-page run guide) and can use them for as long as you like, but they can't be resold or shared outside your organization. Nothing lives in my account and I never need your passwords. Optional: $97/month maintenance keeps your workflows tuned as Claude changes and adds one new workflow each quarter. Requires a paid Claude plan (Pro or higher). Cancellation: free reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. No refunds after that.
