1:1 Integrative Breathwork

Integrative Breathwork combines somatic breathwork, energy healing, sound healing to access a a healing state of consciousness. Allowing deep work in the subconscious and body to release trauma, blocks, pain, patterns, and gain clarity, insight, and peace.
