Initial consultation
A 50 minute initial consultation is a little more in-depth than the free intro call. It's a space to explore what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. We'll gently touch on your current situation, any previous therapy, and the support systems around you, and you're welcome to ask questions or share anything that feels important. There's no pressure to decide anything during the consultation, and if either of us feels a different kind of support would suit you better, that's completely okay.
Introductory Call
A free 20-minute introductory call for you to tell me a little about what's going on for you, what support you're looking for, and for us to see if working together feels like a good fit. I will ask questions to learn more about you and what brings you to therapy. There's no pressure to decide anything during the call.
You can choose for the call to be by phone or a video call.
To ensure the quality and confidentiality of our conversation. For the call, please find a quiet, private space where we can talk without interruptions. While this is not a therapy session, it's still important that our conversation remains confidential and is not overheard.
