- Optional fields: `wunschtermine` (Zwei Wunschtermine für den Schulungstag), `notes` (Additional notes), `guests` (Add guests)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
