# Reorder an Event's co-hosts

> Saves the display order of the Event's co-hosts. `coHostIds` must name every co-host on the Event, accepted and pending alike, exactly once; a list that went stale under a concurrent invite or removal is refused with 400 and nothing is saved.

The authenticated user must be its owner, one of its hosts, or a member of the owning team; an accepted co-host cannot reorder and gets 404, exactly like an unknown uuid.

PBAC permission for team events: `calEvent.update`. Learn more about API access control at https://cal.com/docs/api-reference/v2/access-control.

If accessed using an OAuth access token, the `EVENT_WRITE` scope is required.
