Booking your appointment

Your appointment will be confirmed once you complete the booking process. To secure your spot, kindly select your preferred date and time, and fill out the required information. A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after booking. Kindly ensure to check your email for confirmation.

Please note a consultation fee of KSH 5000 is required for a successful booking. Payment is to be made to:

Punctuality and Courtesy

Kindly log in 5-10 minutes early to ensure a smooth experience.

If you anticipate any delays, kindly inform us at least 15 minutes prior.

Note that if you fail to communicate a delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notice, your consultation fee & reserved slot may be forfeited.

Cancellations done in less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a forfeiture of the commitment fee.
