60 min meeting with Dr Angela Kwong over Google Meet. A focused 60-minute advisory session with Dr Angela Kwong, GP and Founder of an award-winning multidisciplinary weight management program and nutrition business. This is dedicated time to work through a challenge, opportunity or idea in your clinical, professional or business work. You might want to explore designing or refining a healthcare service, creating or launching a product, developing your personal brand, building a digital health offering, testing a business idea, navigating a commercial opportunity, or deciding what your next step should be. The session is designed for doctors, clinicians, healthcare founders and organisations who want practical guidance, an experienced external perspective and clearer direction on what to do next. Bring the questions, ideas or resources you would like to discuss. Screen sharing is available during the call. Appointment availability Times shown in the calendar reflect Dr Kwong’s regular consulting hours. Some flexibility may be possible to accommodate you or your organisation. If the available times do not suit, please contact Dr Kwong and her team via your original method of outreach with a few preferred days and times. Where possible, an alternative time can then be added to the booking calendar for you to reserve. Terms & conditions Booking and payment Payment secures the booked 60-minute session and is required at the time of booking. What's included The booking covers the scheduled consultation time only. All discussion, review of materials and advice will take place within the booked session. Pre-reading and correspondence Pre-reading, document review and email consultation are not included. You are welcome to bring documents, presentations, websites or other resources to screen share and discuss during the session. Notes, recording and follow-up You are welcome to use your own AI note-taker or recording tool during the session. Notes, transcripts, summaries or other post-session materials are not provided, apart from any links or resources shared during the session. No ongoing email correspondence, document review or follow-up advice is included unless separately agreed. Rescheduling and cancellation Bookings may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice using the reschedule link provided in your booking confirmation. If you need to cancel your booking, it is your responsibility to do so using the cancellation link provided electronically in your booking confirmation. Cancelling through this link will automatically initiate your refund, which will generally be returned to your original payment method within approximately 5 business days, depending on your financial institution. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session and no-shows are non-refundable. Declining the Google Calendar invitation or selecting “No” does not cancel your booking or initiate a refund. This only updates your attendance status on the calendar invitation. Late arrival If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the originally scheduled time. Conflicts of interest If, after reviewing your booking details, Dr Kwong identifies a potential conflict of interest that would make the session inappropriate to proceed, you will be notified and the booking will be cancelled with a full refund. Advice and responsibility Advice and perspectives are provided based on Dr Kwong's professional and business experience. No particular commercial, professional or clinical outcome is guaranteed, and decisions arising from the discussion remain your responsibility. Confidentiality Information discussed during the session will be treated confidentially, subject to any legal or professional obligations that may apply.
