Kimberly HO Misiaszek

Welcome, and thank you for visiting my site. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the states of Florida, Connecticut and New York, and a faculty member at the University of Miami. At the Yale School of Medicine’s Child Study Center, I completed a predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship focusing on clinical child and adolescent psychology with an additional specialization in child and family traumatic stress. I also trained and worked in New York, NY, having completed a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University. Prior to joining the faculty at the University of Miami, I provided comprehensive psychological evaluations and treatment to children and adolescents at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, Maryland. I have experience providing evidence based treatment for concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, behavioral issues and also provide parenting interventions as well.
