Intro call — 30 min
30 min meeting with Edgar Nava over Google Meet. 30 minutes on your problem — no deck, no obligation. Bring the messy version: the process that eats your week, the systems that don't talk to each other, the idea you haven't scoped yet. We'll work out whether software is the answer, roughly what it would take, and what I'd do first. You'll get a straight opinion either way.
