After 24 years climbing the corporate ladder across global organizations, I had the senior title and paycheck - but something was still missing. So I made a bold move: left it all behind to create something that truly mattered.

Today, as an accredited executive coach, leadership facilitator, and HKU MBA Leadership Lecturer, I help professional women who are exactly where I used to be - talented and accomplished, but somehow still feeling invisible or unfulfilled.
