Fractional CAIO Discovery Call
30 min meeting with Tiago Ferreira over Google Meet. Requires the host’s confirmation. This 30-minute discovery call is for healthcare, mid-market, and other leaders considering Fractional Chief AI Officer support. The goal is to understand where your organization actually is, where you want to take it, and whether ongoing fractional AI leadership is the right fit. Discovery Agenda: Where your organization is today on AI: deployed tools, in-flight pilots, governance gaps, and adoption challenges. What outcomes leadership and the board are pressing on (or pressing you on). The specific people-readiness questions are slowing things down. Whether a Fractional CAIO retainer is the right structure, or whether one of the smaller engagements is a better starting point. No preparation is required. If it would help anchor the conversation, take the free 5-minute readiness check at elevidagroup.com/readiness-check beforehand. The Fractional CAIO retainer is a 12-month embedded engagement. Looking forward to the conversation.
