How It Works:

• One Session, 15 Minutes: Each hosting client is eligible for one free 15-minute remote support session.
• Be Prepared: To make the most of this session, please ensure you have all necessary requirements ready, including access to your system, relevant information, and any necessary login credentials.
• Choose Your Platform: We support remote sessions through Anydesk, Google Meet, Zoom, or any other platform of your choice. Please install and set up your preferred tool in advance.
• Respecting Time: Once the 15-minute session is over, the support will automatically be discontinued. If your issue requires more time, you may opt for our paid support services to continue assistance.
