- Required fields: `attendeePhoneNumber` (Phone number), `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address)
- Optional fields: `what-sup` (What's going on right now that made you reach out?), `change` (What would it look like to be fully thriving?), `source` (How did you find me? (eg: Google, referral, word of mouth, FB post, WhatsApp group…))
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
- A successful response is a pending booking request.
