First Time session - online - Yoga/Breath Work/Meditation
20 min meeting with Katherine Russ over Google Meet. I created this refundable offering for those who are struggling with trust. I am here to offer a practice that I know often helps relieve us of pain and anxiety. I understand that it is very hard to trust a new person, let alone a yoga teacher, therefore I offer you a 20 minute intro session for yoga and/or meditation, created customarily to suit you from where ever you are. This session is fully refundable if you do not feel any relief from following the guidance given.
