My clients call me Birdie Bliss (a little birdie tells me things) though some know me as Lish.
I've been an energy healer for more that 15 years, and I'm still learning and growing my skills. My path started in 2010, when life was falling apart and a repeat, monthly meditation retreat became my lifeline. That eventually led me to India to study healing, and I've been studying and practicing this work ever since.
I've studied with practitioners around the world and pulled from a lot of different traditions, including Reiki, Nithya Healing, 5D Quantum Healing, crystal and sound healing, shamanic practices, and chakra balancing. I also have a background in peer counseling, and I recently became certified in inner child healing coaching. All of that shapes how I work, but you don't need to know what any of it means to get something out of a session.
What a session actually looks like:
No two sessions are the same, because no two people walk in carrying the same things. A typical session is about 45 to 50 minutes of hands-on (or distance) energy work, followed by about 15 minutes where I share what came through: messages from your guides, your higher self, and your body itself. Sometimes it's practical, sometimes it's emotional, and sometimes it's the exact thing you needed to hear and didn't know it.
Ways to work with me:
- Energy Healing + Channeling | The full experience described above.
- Channeling Sessions | Just a short meditation and the messages, for when you're looking for clarity or guidance. Optional bring-a-buddy add on.
- Micro Healing Sessions | A shorter, focused dose of energy work for when you need a reset but don’t have a full hour. Optional add on of a channeled message if you're also looking for guidance.
- Group Healing | Join my monthly online circle, or book a private session for your friends, family, or partner. Everyone gets group energy work plus a short personal message.
- Intuitive Coaching | For when you want to talk things through and actually do something with what comes up. This is where my counseling background and inner child coaching work come in.
- Sessions for pets | Yes, really. Animals respond beautifully to this work.
- Book Me for Your Event | Bring channeling, dowsing rods, or micro healing sessions to your party, retreat, or gathering. Reach out and we’ll plan something that fits.

Energy Healing Session

Micro Healing Session
A short, focused session of energy work for when you need a reset but don’t have a full hour. It’s great for clearing stress, grounding after a hard week, or trying energy work for the first time.
Optional add-on: a 5-minute channeled message from your guides, your higher self, or your body (+$10).

Intuitive Mentoring Session
For when something’s weighing on you and you want to understand it and know what to do next. We begin with a short meditation to help you settle and drop in. Then we talk about what’s coming up for you: a relationship, a decision, a pattern you keep repeating, or a feeling you can’t quite name.
From there, I follow my intuition and the guidance that comes through, to help you see what’s underneath it. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, with simple practices to stay centered and clear next steps that feel right for you.
This is a good fit if you’ve had healing or channeling sessions and want help making sense of what came up, or if you’d like a steady, intuitive sounding board for whatever you’re moving through.

Channeling Session
A channeling session without the energy healing is focused time to hear what your guides, higher self, and body want you to know. We begin with a short guided meditation (about 10 minutes) to help you drop in and settle. Then I share the messages that come through. Depending on what's needed, I may also use cards, a pendulum, dowsing rods, or other intuitive tools.
- 30 minutes: about 20 minutes of messages
- 45 minutes: about 35 minutes of messages, with more room for questions, cards, dowsing rods, and other tools

Private Group Healing
75–90 minutes · 2–8 people
Gather your friends, family, or partner for a healing session just for your group. We begin with a guided meditation, then move into group energy work, and each person receives a short channeled message before we close. Perfect for birthdays, girls’ nights, couples, or anyone who wants to share the experience.

Healing Session For Your Pet
Yes, really. Animals respond beautifully to energy work, often more openly than people do. These sessions can help with stress, anxiety, recovery, behavior changes, big transitions like a move or a new family member, or simply giving your companion some extra love.
We spend about 30–35 minutes on gentle energy work, followed by about 10 minutes where I share anything that came through about how your pet is feeling or what they need.
What to expect: animals take what they need and let you know when they’re done. Your pet might fall asleep, wander off, or come back for more, and all of that is normal. They don’t need to sit still.
