I’m the founder of aiair™ and Vertical Careers, Inc., with 25+ years in executive search, career & human development, and talent advisory.
Most of what I do starts the same way:
Understand what’s actually happening before deciding what to do about it.
That means real conversations. Not forms, keyword matching, assumptions, or jumping to solutions before we understand the problem.

This is the assessment phase, and it’s also where Career Doc Quick Fix lives. Sometimes one focused conversation is genuinely all you need. If the issue runs deeper, we’ll identify the hOP and the right next step.
A note about time: Appointment durations are approximate and provided for scheduling purposes. Career Doc engagements are priced based on the depth, preparation, strategy, and support involved – not minutes on a clock. I’m quite detailed and results-oriented, so when a conversation needs a little more time to reach a useful stopping point, unlike other Docs, I don’t watch the clock.
