Thank you for booking with us! We look forward to seeing you. In order to ensure we are able to properly complete our services for you upon arrival please follow the instructions below!

You can expect our pool tech to arrive anywhere between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. Our tech is able to complete the opening without requiring you to be home for the service in the event that you have errands to complete or work to go to that day!

FOR OPENINGS:

Please ensure that the pool is filled 3/4 way up the skimmer when we arrive, simply because if it is not filled up to this point we will not be able to start up the pool. The pool tech will also need access to the pool equipment pad and cartridges. Please ensure that this is out and accessible for him.

FOR CLOSINGS:

Please ensure to have your swimming pool drained to 4” below the return jets upon the arrival of our pool tech and ensure that he has access to the backyard and the swimming pool equipment pad. You’ll want to ensure to turn off the all breakers in the control panel before draining the pool as well. This simply protects the pool equipment from any damage happening to it in the event that the pump turns on from the freezer protect setting.

Please also ensure that there is no chlorine pucks in the pool heater, or in the skimmer and to otherwise remove the pucks and put them in a bucket and flush the system before turning off the system and draining the pool.

If you have a winter cover that you would like us to install please ensure that it is out and accessible for the pool tech for the day of the service.

Important: Prior to draining your swimming pool, please ensure the water is safe to drain in accordance with your local bylaws.
