- Required fields: `name` (Your name), `email` (Email address), `title` (Laboratório/Orientador), `uso` (Descrição do experimento), `materiais` (Precisa de outros materiais?)
- Optional fields: `quais` (Quais?)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
- `lengthInMinutes` picks one of 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180; pass the same value to the slots request as `duration`.
- A successful response is a pending booking request.
