# Hipnoterapia 90min - 300zł with Sebastian Malinowski

> Hipnoterapia to bezpieczna i skuteczna metoda pracy z umysłem. Podczas sesji wchodzisz w stan głębokiego relaksu – podobny do chwili między jawą a snem – w którym masz dostęp do swoich wewnętrznych zasobów i możesz wprowadzać pozytywne zmiany. Hipnoterapia pomaga m.in. w: • redukcji stresu i napięcia, • budowaniu pewności siebie, • zmianie nawyków (np. odkładanie, palenie, podjadanie), • poprawie jakości snu i regeneracji, • pracy z lękiem (wystąpienia, egzaminy, jazda autem).
