Consultations are available via online video call from the comfort of your own home, or from my private clinic in Walkerburn, Scottish Borders. Herbal prescriptions can be prepared and posted anywhere within the UK.

Equinox Herbal Reset

A focused seasonal herbal health review to pause, take stock and support your wellbeing as we move into autumn.
We can look at what feels most relevant for you right now, whether that's immunity, energy, sleep, stress, digestion, dietary and lifestyle habits, or something you're ready to reset and release.
New and returning clients welcome. This focused 30 min session is ideal for a seasonal immunity or energy boost, a straightforward health concern, or a seasonal check-in.
It also gives you the opportunity to access the wider range of prescribed herbal first aid remedies available only to registered clients.
If you're bringing a more complex or longstanding health issue, or would like a more in depth initial consultation, please book a standard initial consultation with more time.
Herbal remedies are charged separately. Any prescribed herbs will be invoiced following your consultation and prepared and posted once payment has been received.

Initial Herbal Consultation
£125 · 90 min consultation
A comprehensive herbal healthcare consultation for new clients.
We'll take time to explore your current health, symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, diet and any other factors relevant to your wellbeing.
Together we'll identify the areas that need attention and develop an individual herbal healthcare plan, with lifestyle and nutritional advice included.
This longer appointment gives us the space to properly explore your health concerns. You'll receive an email recap following your consultation, including a list of the herbs included in your prescription.
A review appointment is usually scheduled 2–4 weeks after your initial consultation to assess your progress and adjust your herbal healthcare plan, with ongoing sessions as needed.
Herbal remedies are charged separately. Any prescribed herbs will be invoiced following your consultation and prepared and posted once payment has been received.

Herbal Review
£55 · 45 min consultation
A follow-up appointment to review your progress, discuss any changes since your previous consultation and adjust your herbal healthcare plan where needed.
We'll look at what's working, what's changed and what your body is asking for now, with space to explore any new or ongoing concerns.
This appointment is suitable for established clients who have had an initial consultation and are continuing their herbal healthcare support.
Herbal remedies are charged separately. Any prescribed herbs will be invoiced following your consultation and prepared and posted once payment has been received.

Child's Herbal Consultation
£45 · 30 min children's consultation
A focused herbal healthcare consultation for children, with time to explore what's going on and consider gentle, appropriate herbal support.
We'll discuss your child's current symptoms, health history, lifestyle, diet and any relevant factors, with a parent or carer present throughout.
I'll then recommend an individual approach based on their needs, which may include herbal remedies, nutritional and lifestyle suggestions or other appropriate support.
