Welcome to Florishing Me Locs! 💕 My name is Toyia Brooks, and I’ve been passionate about hair since 2003. Helping people feel confident and beautiful is what I love most, and since 2003, I’ve been dedicated to creating stunning braids, plaits, and locs of all kinds.

I specialize in microlocs, braids, and softlocs—whether you’re just starting your loc journey or looking for a fresh new style, I’m here to bring your vision to life. 🪷✨

Guidelines:

  1. Clean and Prepped Hair
    • Hair must be washed and blown out prior to your appointment.
    • I will not work on dirty or unprepared hair.
  2. Home-Based Environment
    • This is a home-based salon with limited space. Only individuals receiving services are
      permitted.
  3. Appointment Timing
    • Please plan for extra time to accommodate the detailed nature of certain styles.
    • A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, a late fee of $25
      will be charged. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be
      canceled.
  4. Style Requests
    • Provide pictures of your desired style, including specific details such as size and length
      preferences, when booking your appointment.
