Professional and Non-Sexual Services Flowlight Wellness provides therapeutic wellness services exclusively for professional, non-sexual purposes. We do not offer sexual services, erotic massage, or any service intended to facilitate sexual activity. All treatments must remain within appropriate professional boundaries. 2. Zero Tolerance for Sexual Misconduct and Inappropriate Behaviour We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for sexual requests, sexually suggestive comments or gestures, harassment, intimidation, threatening behaviour, and any other conduct that violates professional boundaries or compromises the safety and dignity of our practitioners or clients. Any such conduct may result in the immediate discontinuation of a treatment, refusal of further service, or cancellation of future bookings, as appropriate. 3. Booking Review and Acceptance All booking requests are subject to review and acceptance by Flowlight Wellness. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee that an appointment will be accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where there are reasonable and objective concerns regarding practitioner safety, client conduct, the suitability of the proposed arrangements, compliance with our service policies, or our ability to provide treatment in a safe and professional environment. 4. Appointment Locations and Service Arrangements All appointments must comply with Flowlight Wellness's approved service arrangements and safety requirements. Hotel appointments, private-residence visits, and other off-site services are subject to our service availability, applicable requirements, and individual booking approval. We do not guarantee that any particular location or alternative arrangement will be accepted. Changing the proposed appointment location does not guarantee acceptance of a booking. Flowlight Wellness may decline a booking where reasonable safety concerns remain, regardless of the proposed location. 5. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service Flowlight Wellness reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue a booking or treatment where reasonably necessary to maintain professional boundaries, protect practitioner or client safety, address inappropriate conduct, or comply with applicable laws and professional standards. Where a treatment must be stopped due to inappropriate or unsafe behaviour, the practitioner may discontinue the session immediately. 6. Legal and Human Rights Compliance All booking decisions and service-related actions will be made in accordance with applicable laws, including human rights legislation, and any professional standards applicable to the services provided. Our safety policies are intended to maintain a respectful, therapeutic, and professional environment for everyone. By requesting or booking a service, clients acknowledge that they are expected to comply with this policy and respect all professional boundaries.
