NIL compliance review
Fractional Coordinator’s NIL Compliance Review helps colleges and universities evaluate their Name, Image, and Likeness practices through a Title IX and civil rights compliance lens.
The review examines institutional policies, practices, resources, communications, and relationships surrounding NIL to identify potential disparities, compliance gaps, and areas of institutional risk. Particular attention is given to how NIL opportunities and institutional support may affect male and female student-athletes differently.
The review may include assessment of NIL policies and procedures, institutional resources and support, access to NIL education and programming, marketing and promotional practices, use of facilities and staff, relationships with collectives and third parties, and potential gender-based disparities.
Institutions receive practical observations and recommendations designed to strengthen compliance, improve consistency, and support equitable access to NIL-related opportunities.
NIL is evolving. Your Title IX compliance strategy should evolve with it.
