Intro Coffee Chat
There's something I love about meeting someone for the first time over coffee. The conversation tends to breathe a little more, ideas come out half-formed in a way they don't on video, and by the end you actually have a sense of whether you'd enjoy working together — not just whether the project lines up on paper. If you're in the Boulder or Denver area and want to swap the Zoom link for a real table, this is for you.
It's a no-pressure 25–50 minutes to get to know each other and see if there's a fit. With AI changing the landscape almost weekly, I know it's hard to tell what's hype, what's real, and what's actually worth your team's time — and those kinds of conversations tend to go better face-to-face anyway. If in-person isn't practical, video works too; just pick whichever fits your schedule.
You don't need to come with anything polished. A rough sense of what you're working on is plenty. If it helps, here are a few things that tend to make these conversations most useful:
- The problem or opportunity that prompted you to reach out
- A little context on your team or company (size, industry, where you are today)
- Any timeline pressure you're working against
- Tools or systems already in play that a solution would need to fit around
- Any AI or automation ideas you've been kicking around — even half-formed ones
Whether you're looking for a custom software build, exploring where AI or agentic workflows could fit into your business, or just trying to cut through the noise, I'm happy to talk it through. By the end, you'll walk away with an honest take on whether I can help. If I'm not the right person, I'll do my best to point you toward someone who is.

Intro Video Call
Thanks for reaching out — I know how much is on your plate when you're trying to figure out whether a new tool, process, or partner is actually going to move the needle. And with AI changing the landscape almost weekly, it's hard to tell what's hype, what's real, and what's actually worth your team's time. This is a no-pressure 10 minutes to get to know each other and see if there's a fit.
You don't need to come with anything polished. A rough sense of what you're working on is plenty. If it helps, here are a few things that tend to make these calls most useful:

- A little context on your team or company (size, industry, where you are today)
- Any timeline pressure you're working against
- Tools or systems already in play that a solution would need to fit around

Paid Discovery Workshop
Some projects are too big or too nuanced to scope on a quick call. Maybe you're weighing build-vs-buy, trying to figure out where AI or automation fits into a messy existing workflow, or staring at a problem that touches three teams and two systems and you're not sure where to start. If you've been circling the same challenge for a while, this session is designed to get you out of the loop.
This is a paid 90-minute working session with real deliverables. We'll dig into the problem together — your goals, constraints, current systems, what you've already tried, and what's actually driving the urgency. I'll push on assumptions, surface risks you might not have considered, and help you see the problem from angles that are hard to reach when you're living inside it.
What you'll get:
- A focused 90-minute working session
- A recorded voice memo or Loom walking through my thinking, recommendations, and anything I want to emphasize after the call — great for sharing with teammates who weren't there
- A light scope document (1–2 pages) covering the problem as I understand it, a proposed direction, rough effort and cost ranges, key risks, and honest recommendations on next steps
- Delivered within 3–5 business days of our call
You'll walk away with something useful whether you hire me or not — materials you can take to your team, use to get budget approved, or hand to another vendor. If we do end up working together, the $425 fee is credited toward your first invoice.
A few things that make these sessions most valuable:
- Any existing docs, diagrams, code, or context you can share ahead of time
- The people closest to the problem on the call (or at least their input gathered beforehand)
- A clear sense of what a successful outcome would look like for you
- Honest context on budget and timeline, even if they're rough
- The questions or decisions you're stuck on — the more specific, the better
