The Egg Timer Audit is a 60-minute paid session where I look at your business through the three parts of the Egg Timer Method:
- Before the job: how customers find you, trust you, and decide to call
- During the job: what gets captured, written down, photographed, recommended, or missed
- After the job: reviews, reminders, quote follow-up, referrals, and repeat work
By the end of the call, you'll know where I think the biggest leak is, why it matters, and what I'd fix first.
This isn't a vague marketing chat or a disguised sales call.
It's a working session. I'll ask questions, look at what you've already got, and give you a straight answer about what's costing you money and what's worth doing next.
