# Out of office insights

> Track out-of-office time across your team: reasons over time, sick days, and who is away the most.

The **Out of office** tab in [Insights](https://app.cal.com/insights/out-of-office) reports on the [out-of-office](/help/availabilities/out-of-office.md) entries your team members create.

Open it from **Insights** in the left sidebar, then select **Out of office**.

## Filters

* **Team**: choose a team, or the whole organization.
* **Date range**: choose a preset or a custom range. The timezone badge next to it shows which timezone the dates use.

## Charts and tables

| Report | What it shows |
| - | - |
| Out of office reasons over time | How many out-of-office days were logged per reason (Vacation, Travel, Sick leave, Public holiday, Unspecified) in each period |
| Reason breakdown | One chart per reason, so you can follow a single reason on its own |
| Average sick days per member over time | Total sick-leave days in each period divided by the number of team members |
| Recent out of office | The latest out-of-office entries in the selected range, including who bookings were forwarded to |
| Most out of office | Members with the most out-of-office days in the range |
| Least out of office | Members with the fewest out-of-office days. Only members with at least one entry are listed |

> Team-wide out-of-office data is only visible to team admins and owners.
