No-Show / Cancellation / Late / Waiting Policy:

The booking deposit is non-refundable in case of a no-show or cancellation. A Full refund is eligible only if the cancellation is made by Henna with Seema.

Home-Studio appointments are held for 10-15 minutes past the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service or cancellation without guarantee of rescheduling.
Rescheduling is permitted after the deposit is received and is subject to availability within 30 days.
Appointments at the client’s location will be held for 10–15 minutes past the scheduled start time. Waiting beyond this grace period will be charged at $5 for every additional 10-minute window.
