# 8-Week Mentorship (Female) with Himmah Research Centre

> For those who want more than a single conversation and are ready to dedicate sustained time to their emotional, spiritual or intellectual development. Over eight weeks, you will receive consistent one-to-one guidance designed around your circumstances and goals. Every two weeks, you will have a private video call with your mentor for an hour, giving you dedicated time to reflect on your progress, work through challenges and establish the next steps. Between these calls, you will have regular access to your mentor through Telegram, so you do not have to navigate the weeks in between alone. Together, we will identify your priorities, examine what may be holding you back, establish practical routines and return regularly to what is working, what needs adjusting and where you want to go next. The eight weeks give you room to put things into practice rather than simply talking about change. You can act, reflect, recalibrate and keep moving to gradually cultivate greater discipline and purpose. This is for those who are ready to make a genuine commitment to the process and to becoming who they aspire to be. Note: The £120 fee covers the entire eight-week programme.
