Book a Pay What You Can™ home and garden support visit in Chittenden County.

For small tasks, seasonal property work, basic safety checks, maintenance planning, help buying materials and supplies, help coordinating contractors, and minor home issues.

PWYC is designed to provide flexible support as needs come up and to help households catch up on home and property work.

Visits are up to 2 hours unless availability allows otherwise. Participants may use up to 2,400 minutes of PWYC support per year, with up to two visits per week. Additional eligibility may be made available at Home & Garden Champs’ discretion.

Pay what you can after the visit. There is no payment obligation on site. You will always receive a Stripe payment link by email following the visit.

Card, cash, and check accepted.

Book a Home Issue Check and Home & Garden Champs will take a closer look at the problem, help you understand what may be happening, and discuss practical next steps.

This can include issues involving maintenance, minor repairs, fixtures, appliances, plumbing, electrical concerns, doors, walls, flooring, exterior conditions, or other household problems.

The goal is to help you get oriented before you spend money unnecessarily or start calling multiple contractors.

If the issue requires a licensed trade or specialist, we can also help identify the type of professional you may need.

Home Issue Checks are generally up to 30 minutes. Households may use up to 30 minutes of Home Issue Check support per month, with a maximum of 360 minutes per year.

Please include a short description of the issue when booking. Photos are helpful when available.

HomeShare+ is a pilot program designed to help homeowners make better use of extra space by building a household that works for them.

During this one-hour in-home conversation, we’ll talk about your available rooms, preferences, privacy needs, and what kinds of support could make everyday life easier—such as cleaning, technology help, gardening, pets, or simply having the right people around.

There is no payment obligation for us to sit down, talk through your situation, and see whether HomeShare+ might be a good fit.

If you decide to move forward with the program, you may be asked to consider purchasing a subscription with our partner Shuk Rentals. Shuk Rentals may be used to disseminate and track your homeshare opportunity.

Property Care is a 1-hour monthly home check-in for Chittenden County residents who want regular support staying ahead of maintenance needs.

During the visit, Home & Garden Champs reviews visible property conditions, documents concerns, helps identify what may need attention, and can assist with minor tasks when appropriate.

If something requires more time or specialized work, we can help plan the next step or coordinate additional service.

Property Care includes up to 60 minutes of support per month while your subscription is active. Unused monthly time does not roll over.
