- Required fields: `name` (Ihr Name), `email` (E-Mail-Adresse), `kontaktgrund` (Worum geht es beim Gespräch?), `quelle` (Wie sind Sie auf mich aufmerksam geworden? (How did you find me?))
- Optional fields: `hotel_name` (Name Ihres Hotels / Unternehmens), `notes` (Additional notes), `guests` (Add guests)
- `name` and `email` go in `attendee` and `guests` is a list of emails; every other field goes in `bookingFieldsResponses` under its name.
