我是依蓮，跨文化生涯教練，座標南法蒙彼利埃。

人生總有卡關的時候，在我職涯的撞牆期，透過教練一次次的引導，讓我突破限制性信念，對理想未來的藍圖逐漸清晰，並進一步行動做出改變。這也是為什麼我決定成為一名教練，專攻身心靈成長、跨文化溝通，我目前正在 Erickson Coaching International 及 Certificate in Intercultural Coaching（皆經過國際教練聯盟認證）受訓成為認證教練，並透過「有意生活」podcast 節目，期盼能在「有意識創造理想生活」的路上與你同行。

我想先讓你知道：嘿，你已經很好了，不需要任何人的解救或指點。我不會成為你生涯中的明燈，因為你就是光。作為一名教練，我相信客戶內心的強大力量，與生俱來擁有找到解答的一切資源。在改變的路上沒有正確答案，我透過系統式問題引導，協助你釐清方向，一步步找到屬於自己的解決方法、並付諸行動突破困境，活出自己最好的模樣。

教練對話諮詢主題可以是職涯探索、自我覺察、跨文化溝通、身心靈成長，有無限可能性、由你來定義。透過一個半小時的時間，我們深度探索你選擇的主題，並一起擬定下一步。期待與你聊聊！

I'm I-Lien, intercultural life coach based in Montpellier, France.

There are times in life when we hit a wall. During a challenging period in my career, I had a coach who graciously guided me and helped me break through my limiting beliefs. My vision for an ideal future gradually became clearer, and I took steps to make changes happen. This is why I decided to become a coach. I am currently training to become a certified coach with Erickson Coaching International and Certificate in Intercultural Coaching (both International Coach Federation accredited). I have also started "Intentional Living Chats" podcast, exploring the journey of consciously curating a life filled with love, passion, and purpose.

What is coaching? How does the session look like?

First of all: hey, you are okay <3. Coaching isn't about "fixing" you or giving you advices to follow. As a coach, I trust that my clients always have a positive intention, and that you have all the resources within you to be successful. On the path to change, there are no right answers. Through powerful questioning, I appreciate every opportunity to partner with you on this journey to help you get unstuck, and live out your best potential.

Coaching topics can include career exploration and transition, self-awareness, intercultural communication, and personal development. The possibilities are limitless and defined by you. In this 1.5-hour session, we’ll dive deep into the topic and explore what’s next together. Let's have a chat!
