This initial session is an important starting point. It is designed to create a clear, safe, and grounded therapeutic space, where we explore in depth what brings you here and begin the work at a pace that feels right for you.

Your first session is a foundational conversation.
It is a space for us to explore your story in depth — including your background, experiences, current challenges, and intentions for this work.

This session allows me to:

understand your emotional landscape and life context
identify key themes, patterns, and resources
begin shaping a therapeutic approach that is truly tailored to you

There is no pressure to “do” or “achieve” anything in this session.
It is a collaborative, reflective process where you are invited to speak freely, at your own pace.

I will take notes during this session to support clarity, continuity, and the careful design of your therapeutic journey.

About notes and recordings (when applicable)

Notes taken during the session are for professional use only and are treated confidentially.

In the future, and only with your explicit consent, parts of this conversation may be recorded to support accuracy, reflection, or session planning.

Any such recording would be handled with care and respect for confidentiality.

📝 Before your session (required)

Before our first session, please complete the Client Participation & Informed Consent Agreement using the link: https://forms.fillout.com/t/cUctusBGKhus

This agreement is completed once and applies to all future sessions.

Sessions are usually held via Brave Talk (https://talk.brave.com).
If Brave is not supported in your country, we will use Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.

Please choose a quiet, comfortable place where you won’t be interrupted.
It’s important to be lying down or fully reclined, with your body well supported.

If possible:

Use headphones
Ensure a stable internet connection

You will receive the access link by email after booking.

💶 Payment & cancellations

To confirm your session and avoid any misunderstandings or awkward situations, payment is required at the time of booking or no later than 24 hours before the session.
The session is considered confirmed only once payment has been received.

If payment is not received within this timeframe, the therapist reserves the right to release the appointment slot, and the session will be considered void.

🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

This session time is reserved exclusively for you.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, using the booking link.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% session fee, regardless of the reason.

• Missed sessions without prior notice are charged in full.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the application of these conditions remaining at the sole discretion of the therapist.
