# AI Consultant Meeting with Vinicius Nascimento

> AI Consultant Meeting This is an initial discovery call lasting 55 minutes, designed to understand your needs around software development projects involving Artificial Intelligence — including LLM-based applications, autonomous agents, agentic systems, RAG, context-aware automations, and integrations via MCP/APIs. The goal of this first conversation is to map demand, align expectations, and provide technical direction — it is not an implementation session, code review, or delivery of a finished solution. What This Call Covers Demand discovery: what problem you want to solve, the current scenario, and what motivated you to seek AI consulting. High-level feasibility assessment: whether the use case makes sense given today's available technologies (models, agents, tools, cost, latency). Preliminary scope definition: identifying project boundaries, required integrations, and main technical risks. Strategic direction: initial recommendation on approach — suggested architecture, stack, and patterns (single-agent vs. multi-agent, tool use, context engineering, RAG vs. fine-tuning, etc.). Next steps: deciding whether to move forward with a formal proposal, a POC, or a deeper technical follow-up call. What Is Not Part of This Call Development, prototyping, or writing code. Delivery of detailed technical documentation or ADRs. Final cost estimates, deadlines, or fixed timelines. Deep code review or audit of existing systems. Support for urgent production issues. These items are handled in subsequent engagements, after a commercial proposal is signed. Rules and Agreements Punctuality: the call starts at the scheduled time; 10-minute tolerance. Camera on is preferred for more productive conversations, but not mandatory. Recording: the session may be recorded to support proposal preparation — if you do not consent, please mention this at the start of the call. Confidentiality: everything discussed is treated as confidential. An NDA can be signed on request before the meeting. Pre-read materials: if possible, send a brief description of the problem, systems involved, and business goal at least 24 hours in advance. This maximizes the value of the call. Decision-makers present: ideally both a technical lead and the decision-maker attend. If that is not possible, we can align asynchronously afterward. Expected output: at the end of the call, you receive a summary email with the points discussed and suggested next steps within 2 business days.
