# Inside The Match: Application Intensive with Dr. NMN

> This is the focused sprint for the candidate whose application is fundamentally strong but not yet performing at the level it needs to. The Application Intensive is a two-part engagement. Between sessions, I conduct a physician-level overhaul of your ERAS application and Personal Statement using the same evaluative lens I applied as a member of a prestigious residency selection committee. What is included: Session 1 (90 minutes): Full application audit. We identify every red flag, narrative gap, and cultural tone mismatch in your current ERAS application and Personal Statement. If you don't have an ERAS Application yet, we'll build it together. The Personal Statement is also with brainstormed and constructed if not yet written. If either documents are not yet complete you'll leave with a firm foundation for both. The precise rewrite will then occur later. Between sessions: I deliver your overhauled CV and Personal Statement within 5 business days. Session 2 (60 minutes): High-intensity mock interview built around your specific red flags and the revised narrative we constructed together. We pressure-test the new story before you face a Program Director. This track is for the candidate who is ready to submit a polished application and perform with confidence on interview day. It is not for those still in early preparation, that is what the Chairman's Package is for.
