This session is for individuals who are exploring working together or who would like to reassess their current coaching direction.

This is a focused, conversational session — not a coaching session.

During our call, we will:

• Get to know each other and your current situation

• Clarify your goals, priorities, and challenges

• Identify the areas you would like support with

• Discuss expectations and what working together could look like

• Determine whether we’re a good fit

This session helps define the focus of our work together. As coaching progresses, you may refine or shift your priorities, and this session can also be used at any stage to revisit goals and direction.

Please complete the intake questions thoughtfully so we can make the most of our time.

Note: If you decide to continue with coaching, I will provide a coaching agreement that outlines our responsibilities and ethical guidelines.

This is a dedicated 1:1 coaching session focused on your goals and current priorities.

In this session, we will:

• Explore challenges in depth

• Identify practical next steps

• Strengthen mindset and strategy

• Build clarity and accountability

Please arrive ready to engage fully. If helpful, reflect beforehand on what would make this session most valuable.

Important: If you have not yet signed a coaching agreement with me, please book an Insight Introduction first. We require a contract to ensure ethical practice, clarity, and mutual commitment.
