Soul Garden Sessions are a loving space for us to explore your inner garden together.

Let's get to know all of the parts of your garden and uncover what will help each part bloom!

These calls are led by your unique needs and intention, so they are all very different and intuitively led.

How I can support you during these calls:

❀ Helping you to identify beliefs (I call them stories) that may be limiting you from reaching your full potential or not feeling connected to your purpose/feeling in alignment.

❀ Helping you to identify the stories, gifts, and parts of yourself that want to be lived and expressed more fully.

❀ Holding a safe, loving space to simply be witnessed, heard, and celebrated.

❀ Living more creatively

Part of my mission is to help individuals step into this more and remember that they are the artists of their lives, and to take a more creative approach to living life. You can expect many invitations to look at things in different ways and a lot plant analogies as I love to compare our human experience to many different things found in nature. :)
