Changelog: Cal.com v6.7 - Cal.com Notes, Cal Pay, Private Event Notes & more...

Hello, welcome to this month’s feature update! This month, we’ve focused on a few key areas to improve your experience:

Cal.com Notes

Your Cal Video calls now write their own recap. Whenever a meeting is transcribed, Cal.com automatically turns that transcript into a clear, readable summary of what was discussed. That means no note-taking, no setup, nothing to turn on. The summary shows up right in the transcript email once the call wraps, and it's saved to the booking too, so you can reopen any past meeting and catch up in seconds. It's the easy way to remember what happened on a sales call, a customer check-in, or an interview without scrubbing back through a full transcript.

We're rolling this out gradually rather than flipping it on for everyone at once. so we can watch how the summaries hold up on real calls before we scale it. Join the waitlist and we'll enable it for your account as we open up access.

Cal Pay (powered by Whop)

Getting paid just got a lot simpler. Cal Pay is now available to everyone by default, so there's no trip to the App Store and no "Install" step to worry about. Just switch on payments for an event type, and you're ready to charge. Your payment account is set up when you withdraw the first payment, with the KYC verification step. After that, the path from "I'd like to charge for this" to a working paid booking is now about as short as it gets.

Private event notes

Now you can leave yourself (and your team) notes on an event that your guests will never see. Add a private note to an event type and it appears on the host's calendar event while invitees still get the normal, polished description. The notes support the same {variables} as your event names, so things like the booker's name fill themselves in for every booking, and they stay accurate even when a meeting is rescheduled or canceled. Perfect for call scripts, prep reminders, or internal context you'd rather keep off the customer's invite.

Features & improvements

  • We fixed a bug where toggling "Add all team members" on a round-robin event would wipe your hand-picked fixed hosts.

  • We added an opt-in setting that hides the previous host's "Who"/"Where" details (and ICS meeting data) from reassignment cancellation emails.

  • We added a "Sync on" badge to connected calendar accounts that have an active watch subscription.

  • We added support for ?duration= on dynamic group links (username+username/dynamic), locking the booker to that single duration.

  • We added an option to exclude weekends when computing the CRM record-owner fallback window.

  • We split the workflows and routing forms lists into Personal and Team tabs.

  • We refreshed the forgot-password flow in our UI.

  • We now block saving an event type whose paid price falls below Stripe's per-currency minimum charge.

  • We added a new slotsFetched embed event that emits available slots on initial load and on every refetch (month, date, duration, or timezone change).

  • We added Cloudflare Turnstile and a 45-second resend cooldown to workflow phone verification to curb SMS pumping and toll fraud.

Fixes

  • We now refund every successful payment on a paid seated event, not just the first one.

  • We fixed a booking 500 error on round-robin events caused by a stale host groupId carried over when duplicating an event.

  • We restored the missing MS Teams meeting link in booking notification emails.

  • We hardened reminder claiming so the same WhatsApp reminder can't be scheduled or sent twice.

  • We now fall back to card payment when Stripe has no saved payment methods for the booking currency, instead of erroring out.

  • We made PayPal payments work in embedded booking flows, including HOLD and no-show-fee capture.

  • We stopped add-on amounts from being dropped when booking a seat after the first seat is taken.

  • We fixed a 12h/24h formatting bug that shifted afternoon schedules by up to an hour on DST-transition days.

  • We now hide already-added non-repeatable locations (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) from the location picker so they can't be selected twice.

  • We corrected magic-link token expiry from 10 hours to the intended 10 minutes.
