Recruiting teams scheduling on Cal.com
Built for people who interview alongside their real job
Managers need interviews in fixed windows, not scattered across the week. Cal.com availability schedules and booking limits protect the rest.
Create an availability schedule just for interviews (say, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons) and attach it to an interview scheduling link. Recruiters and candidates book into it; Cal.com reads your busy times without exposing details. Booking limits cap interviews per day.

Hiring events, info sessions and open houses
Publish a recruiting event with seats: an engineering open house, a campus info session, a virtual hiring day. Candidates register, you see the list, reminders go out.
I'm hosting an engineering open house on Oct 21 at 6:00 PM until 8:30 PM at HQ, 4th floor, 200 Pine St.
