Refunds & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancel ≥ 24 hours before start: Full refund to the convenient payment method (Interac / PayPal / Wise).
• Cancel 12–24 hours before start: Choose either a 50% refund or a 100% credit toward a new booking within 14 days (subject to availability).
• Cancel < 12 hours before start: No refund. If you notify us before the scheduled start, you may reschedule once at no charge within 14 days (subject to availability).
• No-show (no notice before start): No refund and no reschedule.
• Provider cancellation: You may choose a 100% refund or a free reschedule.
• Shortening duration:
  • ≥ 24 hours before start: refund the unused time in full.
  • < 24 hours: booked hours are locked (no partial refund).
• Refund timing: We initiate refunds within 3 business days; bank/processor timelines are excluded from this timeline. Refunds are issued in the original currency only.
• Transferability: Credits are non-transferable and expire 30 days from issue.
