Working session (60 min)
A 60 minute video consult with James Isaac Kay at MOAT Safety about your project. The Teams link is in your invite.
Payment and changes. The session fee is charged when you book.
• Cancel with 24 hours’ notice or more: refunded minus the card-processing fee (2.9% + 30¢ of the session price, about $4.65 on a $150 session), which the payment processor does not return.
• Reschedule with 24 hours’ notice or more: free.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice, for a cancellation, a reschedule, or a no-show: the session counts as delivered and the fee is not refunded. The first time this happens for a client, I waive it: a late reschedule is moved at no charge, and a late cancellation is refunded on the same terms as a timely one. From the second time on, the standard rule applies.
• If I need to move a session: I will offer the next workable times and rebook you at no charge. If we cannot agree on a time within 30 calendar days, the fee is refunded minus the card-processing fee.
