60 min meeting with Jardim Sanctuary over Rua Vasco da Gama 209, Alapraia. €50–€80 ≀ Gentle hands and compassionate presence invite deep relaxation, inner balance, and energetic restoration. A deeply personal and meditative experience where heartfelt conversation and intentional Reiki create space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself. We begin with an openhearted conversation, creating space for you to share what is present in your life — your feelings, your needs, and the intentions you wish to bring to the session. This is a time to be heard, met with compassion, and received without judgement. From there, you'll be guided into a Reiki session held through stillness, gentle touch, and intentional presence. Through this shared space of co-regulation, the body is invited to soften, the mind to quiet, and a deeper state of relaxation to emerge. As you settle into stillness, you can allow yourself to simply receive, making room for whatever insights, feelings, or sense of clarity may arise naturally. We close gently, allowing time to return to the present and ground yourself before stepping back into your day. If you'd like, we can share a quiet tea together. The conversation usually lasts 15–30 minutes, followed by around 30–45 minutes of Reiki. You are welcomed with an open heart 🤍
