I’m Jared Ledford, Co-Founder of Defyned SEO, where we build high-performance websites, SEO, and paid ad strategies designed to convert attention into real business growth. Our work is focused on results—not vanity metrics—and is shaped by firsthand experience operating and marketing businesses in competitive industries.
Alongside Defyned SEO, I’m the managing host of America Builds Better, a builder-focused media and education platform dedicated to real conversations with the people shaping construction, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship. Through the platform, we explore leadership, marketing, operations, and the real-world lessons behind the brands moving the industry forward. I’m also the former managing host of The Steel Kings Podcast, one of the longest-running industry podcasts in the steel building and shed space.
I’m actively involved as an owner and operator in the building industry through Dayton Precision Structures, Five Rivers Pole Barns, and Dayton Barns & All Steel Buildings, and that operator perspective directly informs how we approach strategy, messaging, and execution for our clients.
Outside of work, I’m deeply involved in my community in Brookville, Ohio. I’m a proud father of three daughters, an engaged community leader, and someone who believes in building businesses—and communities—with intention and integrity.
