Urgent / After-Hours Mobile Notary
Price: $95 due at booking. Priority mobile notary appointment for same-day, evening, weekend, or other appointments requested outside standard availability within Cuyahoga County, subject to availability.
The $95 booking price includes a $90 urgent/after-hours mobile service fee and one $5 Ohio notarial act. Additional Ohio notarial acts are $5 each.
This service is intended for time-sensitive documents when a standard appointment time is not sufficient. Travel outside the normal service area, excessive wait time, parking, or special circumstances may require an additional fee that will be disclosed and agreed to before the appointment.
The signer must be present with acceptable identification, willing to sign, and able to communicate and demonstrate awareness of the document being signed. Notary services do not include legal advice or document preparation.
Standard Loan Signin
For refinance, seller, buyer, HELOC, etc., subject to the assignment.
Starting at $150. Professional mobile loan-signing appointment, including document presentation, execution oversight, notarizations required within the signing package, and document return preparation. Final pricing may vary based on package size, distance, scanbacks, printing, and assignment requirements.
I-9 Authorized Representative Appointment
Important: This is an in-person Form I-9 authorized-representative service—not a notarization. No notary seal will be placed on Form I-9.
Base appointment: $60 due at booking. Includes one employee, employer-authorized Section 2 document review/completion, and up to 10 round-trip business miles during regular business hours.
Additional fees, when applicable:
• Same-day/rush (same calendar day or less than 4 hours’ notice): +$20
• After-hours (before 8:00 AM or after 7:00 PM): +$25
• Weekend or recognized holiday: +$25
• Travel beyond the included 10 round-trip miles: +$1.50 per additional round-trip mile, with a $15 minimum added travel charge
• Printing up to 20 black-and-white pages: +$10
• Additional printing above 20 pages: +$0.50 per page
• Scan-back or secure upload up to 20 pages: +$10
Rush, after-hours, and weekend/holiday fees may be combined when applicable. All services are subject to availability. The rush fee is nonrefundable once travel begins. Any applicable additional charges will be confirmed separately. A secure delivery method must be confirmed before documents containing personal information are transmitted.
Title & Vehicle Document Appointment
For vehicle titles, affidavits, bill-of-sale related notarizations, title transfers where notarization is required, etc.

Hospital Notary Visit
For hospitals, rehab centers, hospice facilities, etc…
$95 due at booking. Includes a $90 hospital/extended mobile visit fee within Cuyahoga County and one Ohio notarial act. Additional notarial acts are $5 each.
Facility Notary Visit
Price: $85 due at booking. This includes an $80 extended mobile and facility visit fee within Cuyahoga County and one $5 Ohio notarial act. Additional notarial acts are $5 each. This service is for assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, nursing facilities, senior communities, and similar locations. The signer must be willing, alert, and able to communicate directly with the notary. Witnesses are not automatically provided. Provide the facility name, room number, contact person, parking, and entry instructions. Additional travel or parking charges will be disclosed before the appointment. Local Mobile Notary — Euclid Area
Price: $35 due at booking. This includes a $30 mobile travel fee for appointments within 10 miles of Euclid and one $5 Ohio notarial act. Additional notarial acts are $5 each, calculated per notarial act—not per signature—and collected at the appointment. Bring the complete document and an acceptable, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Do not sign until instructed. General Notary — Euclid Meeting Location
Price: $5 due at booking and covers one Ohio notarial act at an agreed public meeting location in Euclid. This is not a mobile appointment. Additional notarial acts are $5 each, calculated per notarial act—not per signature—and collected at the appointment. Bring the complete document and an acceptable, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Do not sign until instructed. The meeting location will be confirmed after booking. Mobile Notary Appointment
Price: $55 due at booking. This includes a $50 mobile travel fee within Cleveland/Cuyahoga County and one $5 Ohio notarial act. Additional notarial acts are $5 each, calculated per notarial act—not per signature—and collected at the appointment. This service is appropriate for acknowledgments, jurats, affidavits, vehicle and title documents, financial documents, and other permitted Ohio notarial acts. Bring the complete document and an acceptable, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Do not sign until instructed.
